Take a Listen to Our First Single!

Wow. THANK YOU. To date, 66 of you have stood behind us on our Kickstarter campaign pledging a total of $5,691... It feels good to know you believe in what we do! Trust us when we say your money is being well spent - take a listen to our first single, A Poor Man's Song - we think you'll definitely agree (follow that link to the bottom of Kickstarter update #2). We could not be prouder of the team that's been working on theMountain with us, thanks again for helping us make this happen!

We want to take a moment to give a special shout out to photographer Sue Fan who was kind enough to let us use her work in the album artwork. We think it's a perfect fit for our sound if we do say so ourselves. Be sure to check out her portfolio at: SueFan.com.

As a way to say thank you to those of you who have already taken the risk and invested in us on Kickstarter at the $25 level and above, we're going to take a risk on you and let you snag your copy of theMountain at Friday's release show at The Queen, before our campaign even ends! Just go to the merch table and give them your name - that simple...

Speaking of the release show, we just got word The Spinning Leaves will be accompanied by their full band. Do you have ANY idea of how incredible that's going to sound? Not to mention once you throw Johnny Miles and Mason Dunn into the mix, this just may be one of the best shows you've ever attended... Sorry there's a lot of horn-tooting going on, but we absolutely cannot wait for Friday! If you haven't gotten your tickets yet, they're cheap, so what are you waiting? If you haven't been to World Cafe Live at The Queen yet, then we ask again - what are you waiting for?! That place is freakin' amazing.

23 DAYS LEFT ON KICKSTARTER. We need you to help us spread the word now more than ever! If you haven't made a pledge yet, please consider doing so, any and all donations are greatly appreciated, no matter how big or small. If we don't make our goal, we're going to have a line of angry people banging our doors down w/ pitchforks and torches in hand... Okay, maybe it won't be that bad - but still, we'll love you for any help you can send our way!

Thanks again for listening/watching/supporting/and just being plain awesome...
